The apartment was ideal for us, with everything we needed and more. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a fantastic location with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Gianpaulo and Fabio were excellent hosts, providing outstanding communication and making us feel very welcome. the apartment was quiet, private, and had a huge suntrap balcony/terrace where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. This was the best place we have stayed in Lanzarote.
Felt truly looked after, no reason to complain.

We stayed at Barbican for a week-long holiday and it exceeded all our expectations. The huge balcony provided a private and peaceful space to enjoy the sun, while the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hot water and great shower were a bonus, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen facilities. The wide range of TV channels kept us entertained, making it a truly enjoyable stay.
I 100% recommend this hotel.

The location was great, set back from all the hustle and bustle yet still only a short walk or taxi ride from pubs and restaurants. The beach was a 5/10 minute stroll away. Nice quiet relaxed atmosphere, it was like a home away from home. The apartment was fantastic, had all the facilities we needed, well equipped and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with a proper mattress. The apartment was at the end of a block and was very quiet and private with a huge balcony/terrace.it was a real suntrap where we spent a lot of time lazing + reading.

We got incredible value for our money at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with a huge balcony that was sunny and private all day long. The location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants but still peaceful. The staff, especially Gianpaulo and Fabio, were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could use a little improvement, maybe by adding more variety to the menu.

The apartment exceeded expectations with its lovely decor and quirky touches. The comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen made for a pleasant stay. The large terrace provided a great space to relax. The owner's kind gesture of airport transport added an extra touch of hospitality.
